The Wellness Plan is our answer to that problem. A straightforward monthly membership that covers your preventive care, includes two doctor exams a year, and gives you 15% off any additional treatment you need. No insurance company. No claim forms. No waiting periods. Just the care you need at a price that makes sense.

Adult Plan

Ages 13 and older

$40/month

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • 3 professional cleanings per year
  • 2 doctor exams & oral cancer screenings
  • X-rays as needed
  • 1 fluoride treatment per year
  • 1 emergency visit per year
  • 15% off all additional treatment

One-time $99 activation fee includes your first month.

Child Plan

Ages 12 and younger

$30/month

Perio Plan

Periodontal maintenance patients

$65/month

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • 3 perio maintenance cleanings per year
  • 2 doctor exams & oral cancer screenings
  • X-rays as needed
  • 1 fluoride treatment per year
  • 1 emergency visit per year
  • 15% off all additional treatment

For patients in active periodontal maintenance. One-time $99 activation fee includes your first month.

How It Works

Step 1: Choose Your Plan

Select the plan that fits your situation — Adult, Child, or Perio. If you’re not sure, call us before signing up. We’d rather spend five minutes helping you choose the right plan than have you enrolled in the wrong one.

Step 2: Pay The Activation Fee

The one-time $99 activation fee gets you started and covers your first month. After that you’re billed monthly — cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Step 3: Schedule Your First Visit

Call us at (405) 681-6601 or request an appointment online. Let us know you’re on the Wellness Plan and we’ll take it from there. No forms to fill out, no insurance card to bring.

Step 4: Your 15% Discount Applies Automatically

Any treatment beyond what’s included in your plan — fillings, crowns, implants, whitening — is automatically discounted 15% at checkout. No coupons, no asking. It just applies.
