SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description. South Penn Dental sends operational and reminder text messages related to our practice — including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and internal administrative reminders — to individuals who have consented to receive them.

Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from South Penn Dental at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving dental care.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You may receive further messages only if you opt in again.
